(Digital) Content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of The Art Chick Graphics and Design and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of Paula VanDoren.

What you are allowed to do: The downloads are designed to be used for both personal and commercial purposes. What we ask is that you incorporate the content into your own creative work if you are selling and that you do not share/sell the source file. Print / Post runs are allowed up to 1000 times per download. This will allow you freedom to not have to keep track and will work with any downloadables from my site you may purchase. If you are a large corporation and need different terms please contact support and we can help you work something out.

Shipping Policy:

Most all products are digital download files. In the Art Merch section it is POD format. Will be shipped by the distributor.

Return Policy:

Digital Download no returns due to the nature of the product. Art Merch Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
